The plant arrived in good condition and was well-packaged. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete as I had ordered two items of this Zebra 'Aphelandra' but received only one. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I received no response and it has been nearly four weeks that I am still waiting for my missing item.
