Shipping Policy

RootGrowings ships live plants throughout the United States. We use custom plant packaging and carefully tested shipping methods to help your plants arrive healthy and in excellent condition.

Shipping Fee

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 per order, regardless of where you live in the United States.

Our greenhouses in California and Florida ship plants nationwide.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after they are placed. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

We ship year-round and carefully package every plant at our Southern California warehouse to help protect it during transit. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Weather and Plant Safety

We monitor shipping conditions and use protective packaging designed for live plants. However, plants may experience minor stress during transportation, especially during periods of extreme heat or cold. Please unpack your order as soon as it arrives.
