Live Plants
All live plant sales are FINAL. Due to the perishable nature of these products, we cannot accept returns on plants as they would not survive a second shipping journey.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo documentation. Claims without photographic evidence cannot be guaranteed a refund. Please note that due to the nature of live plants, not all damages will qualify for a full refund.
